Rate per night is 5k for 10 pax, but they also allow up to 15 pax as long as the guests are willing to fit themselves in the house. Tents are also available with no extra charge for those who want camp out.

Other activities:

✔️There is a river nearby. You may ask the boatman to rake you there (extra fee is applicable for the boat rental)

✔️Swimming in the lake is allowed but be very cautious as there are no life guards about, and the lake floor can be very muddy.




✔️From Buendia, take the Greenstar bus bound for Sta.Cruz. Alight at the last destination of the bus at Sta. Cruz

✔️Take a bus bound for Cavinti. Alight at Cavinti town proper.

✔️From there, take a tricycle bound for Napocor docking area



✔️Use Google Maps and search for “Cavinti Laguna”.


✔️Head to SLEX and takr Calamba exit and continue on the national highway past the following towns: Los Banos, Bay, Calauan, Victoria, Pila and Santa Cruz.

✔️Once you get to Pagsanjan, continue on the national highway until you hit a T-shaped intersection by the Pagsanjan Church.

✔️Turn right on the T-shaped intersection by the church, cross the bridge, and continue on that road going up to Cavinti. From said bridge, it’s just another 15-17 kms, or around 20-25 minutes, to the island.

✔️Driving up that road, you will reach two successive junctions; bear left both times. Watch out for the arc saying “Welcome to Barangay Lumot”; around 15-20 meters after this arc, turn right on the first driveway to your right: this leads you the docking area, where you can park your car and take the boat to the island.


✔️Head to Marcos Highway in Marikina and drive east towards Antipolo. After seeing SM Masinag to your left, turn right to Sumulong Highway.

✔️Drive all the way up to Antipolo. On Sumulong highway, once you see the New Antipolo Public Market to your right, turn left at the first intersection to take the L. Sumulong Memorial Circle. Continue on until you see a roundabout (with Max’s Restaurant to your right).

✔️Turn left (through the roundabout) and continue on, down a zigzag road, to Teresa town.

After going past the Teresa poblacion (with the public market to your right and Jollibee to your left), continue on until you reach Morong town.

✔️You will see the Holy Angels Columbarium to your right and, after a kilometer or so, reach a T-shaped intersection. Turn left to take Manila East Road bound for Tanay.

✔️Continue on Manila East Road, past Tanay town and Pililla town. At some point you will reach a V-shaped junction, with a sign pointing to Jala-Jala town. Stay on your left to continue up Manila East Road. Continue on passing through the towns of Mabitac, Famy Pangil, Pakil, Paete and Kalayaan.

✔️Once you reach Lumban, watch out for an inverted Y-shaped junction with a road going up the mountain to Caliraya/Cavinti. Make a sharp left or a semi-U-turn to take the road going up the mountain to Caliraya. Continue on for around 15 kms, past Lake Caliraya.

✔️Once you get to Barangay Lumot-Mahipon, watch out for the barangay’s covered basketball court. On the left side of the road going down the guarded parking lot of the NAPOCOR Watershed Management Field Office.
